How to return
to one's self?

In a society that has overvalued the analytical and performance dimension of being, we have disconnected ourselves from  our deep, instinctive, intuitive and emotional nature. This makes us good at understanding, evaluating, organizing, and planning our lives. We have molded ourselves to an image and have  locked our so-called "animal" nature which is expressed mainly by our physiological needs. This is the price to pay for adapting to "standard" codes of conduct. This price to pay is illustrated by a latent malaise, a feeling of emptiness, even a depressive state, addictive behavior, an inability to feel "happy" when all the lights are green, somatizations of all kinds , physical and mental discomfort, etc.

Listening to oneself, to our emotions, to our body, to our deep nature is a necessary journey to find the essence of one's true nature. It is only from there that it is possible for us to spread our wings and build a life that makes sense.

Psycho-corporal coaching is an invitation to reconnect with oneself and to  discover a way of being in tune with one's inner nature.

Are there aspects of your life that you have often thought would be good to work on?

Are there aspects of your life that you have often thought would be good to work on?

Relationship difficulties
Perception
  devaluing yourself
Emotional or mental confusion
Stress, malaise
Anxiety
Various somatizations
These paths are so many gateways to better access what requires to reveal itself.

Finding meaning in what you feel opens the door to a better understanding of yourself. And this is all the more true when it comes to painful and difficult events.

It is a wonderful opportunity to transform negative and old patterns to renew yourself, get rid of what no longer needs to be and let this hidden, creative and confident facet of yourself express itself.

I am Aurelie.

Born in the USA, of a French mother and a Chilean father, I lived in different countries until my majority when I decided to put my luggage in France. I still live there.

For a long time,  my way of adapting to a new environment or a new culture was to observe others evolving in their lives, then to adopt their habits and customs. I integrated easily, anxious to be “like everyone else”. Until the next life change.

Then, at some point, this "normal life" that I longed for finally stabilized. I had everything to be happy: a fulfilling job, a "successful" family life, a circle of close friends. And yet it is from this moment that things got complicated:

The normalcy I was looking for didn't bring me at all the feeling of well-being and balance that I thought I would find there.

Today, the existential crisis passed,  the personal quest started more than 10 years ago has evolved into a life journey. My existence has changed radically, and the inner balance contacted along the way allows me to live in coherence with not only my aspirations but above all my needs.

I now accompany others on their life journey, starting from where they are.

In parallel, I  continues to feed my thirst for growth and knowledge by training me  to other approaches that allow me to extend my psycho-corporal coaching practice.
