Born in the USA to a French mother and a Chilean father, my life has been marked by travel.
First in Asia, mainly in India and Nepal, where as a child, I followed my mother in her quest for happiness outside the box within the hippie movement of the early 1970s.
Following his death, life took me to Chile, to meet my paternal tribe.
I experience another reality there, that of family life. It was a whole new life for the teenager that I was; in a Chile under the Pinochet dictatorship, far from the beaches of Goa of my childhood!
At 20, I feel the need to return to France and meet there the man who will become the father of my two sons.
This existential stopover in my travels led me to tackle a task which at the time seemed gigantic to me: the construction of a "stable" life. I discover the realities of life as a couple over the long term, the infinite happiness and the anguish of becoming a mother, the daily routine and its rituals, but also wonderful professional experiences in the world of media and culture.
However, I realize that the normalcy I longed for does not bring me the feeling of well-being and balance that I hoped to find there. I
I then feel a gap between the idea that I have of happiness and what I had undertaken to reach it!
If the model of social success did not bring me the desired serenity, what steps should I take to find it?
A journey of doubt and existential questioning followed. An inner journey. Initiated by a deep existential crisis.
Driven by a need to initiate something that makes sense to me, I immerse myself in various training courses in personal development and body therapy.
Having become my own work material, I experience a deep and liberating personal evolution. And I understand that the body is the gateway to it.
A new way of being in the world is revealed to me.
Travel has naturally become part of my daily life. And I found my balance there.
I currently live between Paris and Frankfurt in Germany. And my life takes shape happily between these two destinations.
I now accompany those who are in search of meaning by offering them a space for inner and psychocorporal exploration. A gentle and respectful way to meet that part of yourself that asks to reveal itself.
